Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers big rooms with excellent facilities, but they should improve the cleanliness details for a more pleasant stay. The service is friendly and responsive, despite issues with enforcing policies. The location is convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The dining experience mainly consists of delicious Chinese food, perfect before a business meeting. The facilities are commendable, but some maintenance is needed.
The hotel offers a large variety of dishes, both oriental and western, making it a fantastic spot for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped but had a cigarette smell and old equipment issues. Check-in was slightly delayed, impacting the initial experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not as nice as expected, with some issues like dirty tubs and a mix-up with my reservation. However, the room was equipped with essential amenities and had a working space, which was a plus. The service was attentive and accommodating, although there were some hiccups with decision-making and language skills. The location was very convenient for business, but the presence of carpet stains was a downside. The dining experience was overpriced, although the selection was good but lacking fresh juice. Overall, a decent place to stay with both ups and downs.
I was impressed by the spacious room equipped with a work desk, free WIFI, complimentary bottles of water, and 24-hour room service. Unfortunately, there was a bad smell lingering in the room, and the check-in process wasn't smooth when I arrived at 2 pm, despite it being the official check-in time.
Upon arrival, I was disappointed that my room wasn't ready at 2 pm, even though that was the check-in time. The rooms turned out to be smaller, old, and outdated, with a lingering smell of cigarettes and old equipment. However, they were spacious and equipped with a work desk, free Wi-Fi, complimentary water bottles, tea/coffee facilities, and round-the-clock room service, along with many amenities.
